Being Prepared
It is important to build a foundation of confidence at the outset of the Cox service experience.
~ Use the pre-call to let the customer know you are on the way.
~ Look for a safe, legal location to park your vehicle. Don’t park in the customer’s driveway.
~ Review the work order and do a Home Health Check.
~ Make sure you are ready to greet the customer.
~Always have your badge displayed when approching the customer’s home.
A customer will rarely remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel.
