Customer Interaction

Performing the Work

Keeping the customer informed of what you are doing and any access you need during your visit will build trust and respect.

~ Work with a steady, safe pace.  Fast = Mistakes

~ Always know the tools required to perform the work prior to entering the home.  Avoid trips to your vehicle to the extent possible.

~ Troubleshoot the job efficiently and accurately.  Always go beyond the specific work by checking connections, updating fittings, and ensure proper cable routing.

~ While working, keep the space clean and orderly.

~ As you finalize the work, make sure all services in the home are working.

A customer will rarely remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel.
