Pleasant Greeting

Present yourself in an open, professional manner.  Greet the customer with a smile and make eye contact. Let them know you are here to clear up any issues with their services or to perform a professional install.

~ Explain that before you enter their home, you will be applying boot covers to show respect for their home.

~ Introduce yourself by your first name to all in the house.

~ Politely respond to any opening questions.

A customer will rarely remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel.
